Candidates must carry a barcoded/QR-coded admit card, a valid government-issued photo ID, and a photocopy of MCI/SMC/NMC registration certificate to gain entry to the exam hall.
The NEET PG 2025 exam will be held on August 3, 2025, in a single shift from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The test will consist of 200 multiple-choice questions in English, each having four options. Candidates are required to choose the most appropriate answer within the allotted 3 hours and 30 minutes.
In a parallel development, the Supreme Court of India will also take up a batch of petitions on NEET PG’s evaluation process on August 3, the same day as the exam. A bench of Justices K Vinod Chandran and NV Anjaria is set to hear concerns regarding transparency, release of answer keys, and the right to challenge disputed questions.
One of the petitions, filed by advocate Tanvi Dubey, calls for greater transparency from NBEMS, including the release of question papers, answer keys, and assessment details. The petition argues that the current lack of access affects fairness and accountability and demands a mechanism for revaluation in case of discrepancies.
As the exam date approaches, the spotlight remains firmly on exam transparency, while NBEMS has urged candidates to stay updated via the official site and adhere to guidelines strictly. For queries, students can contact the NBEMS helpline at +91-7996165333 (9:30 AM–6:00 PM).
