India’s Asia Cup 2025 Squad and WTC Fixtures Announced:
Suryakumar to Captain, Kohli & Rohit Retire
Team India will kick off its Asia Cup 2025 campaign on
September 10 with a match against the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in
Dubai. This will be followed by a much-anticipated India vs Pakistan clash
on September 14, also at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.
India’s final group match will be against Oman on September 19 in Abu
Dhabi.
Suryakumar Yadav will lead a fresh Indian side, as Virat
Kohli and Rohit Sharma have retired from T20Is following India’s T20
World Cup 2024 victory. Most players from the recent England tour will be
rested for the tournament.
