Founded in 1995, Highway Infrastructure operates in toll collection, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) projects, and real estate. Toll collection is the largest revenue source. Financials show steady growth—revenue rose from ₹456.83 crore in FY23 to ₹576.58 crore in FY24, with net profits improving from ₹13.80 crore to ₹21.41 crore. FY25 posted ₹504.48 crore in revenue and ₹22.40 crore in profit.

Grey Market Premium & Listing
According to market trackers, the IPO’s grey market premium stands at ₹40, suggesting a potential listing price of around ₹110—a gain of over 50% from the issue price.
